Feature Highlight: Customize Project Request Form

by | Oct 4, 2023 | New Features

Pentest-as-a-Service delivery means putting project starts in the hands of your clients. The request form in your Cyver Core portal allows your clients to send you a project request, typically based on existing project scope and assets in the portal. That feature makes it easier for clients to schedule and reschedule the same pentests across more time, so you can fill your pipeline and retain clients.

Now, you can customize that form to create different project requests per client, per asset, or even per team.

Here, you can add:

  • Custom questions
  • Custom dropdown boxes
  • Integrated descriptions

So, for example, you can set up a request pentest form asking:

  • Start date
  • Frequency of pentest
  • Objectives of the pentest
  • Methodology for pentest
  • Details
  • List of assets (from the platform or not)
  • Associated team members in each role

You could also set up descriptions for individual audit pentests, with information like descriptions and scope pre-selected, and then all the requesting client has to do is set time and date. However, with fully customizable forms, you can also allow the requester to select from a list of available pentest types (e.g., methodologies), to select for testing for a range of different audit compliance options (e.g., PCI DSS). This makes it much easier to deliver a predefined list of options and possible pentests, so your clients can easily select what they need without contacting you for extra details or further customization.
