🚀 Feature Recap – Q2 2026

The second quarter of 2026 continued our focus on making Cyver more configurable, collaborative and efficient.

This quarter introduces major improvements to project planning, request forms, dashboards, AI writing assistance and collaboration, while also expanding integrations and automation capabilities.

📊 A More Personalized Workspace

Cyver is now more customizable than ever.

You can personalize your workspace by configuring dashboard cards, pinning custom displays to both the dashboard and the left navigation menu, and even collapsing the navigation for a cleaner interface.

These improvements make it much faster to access the information that matters most to your team.

📅 Smarter Planning & Scheduling

Following the introduction of the new Planning module in Q1, we've continued enhancing project scheduling and resource management.

Managers can now define planned effort for workflow tasks, configure team holidays directly in the calendar, automatically stop time tracking when estimated effort is reached, and manage tasks more efficiently from a centralized view.

📝 More Flexible Project Request Forms

Project scoping becomes significantly more flexible in Q2.

You can now choose a dedicated Request Form for each project scope, allowing every engagement to collect exactly the information required.

Additionally, projects created through the Pentester Portal can now also expose client-facing Request Forms, extending the same collaborative experience beyond Client Portal requests.

✉️ More Powerful Email Templates

Email communication is now much more flexible.

You can create multiple versions of Email Templates to support different languages, branding or customer-specific communication styles. Assignment fields can also be inserted as dynamic tokens, making notifications even more personalized.

🤝 Better Collaboration

Working together inside Cyver is now even easier.

Project members can now be mentioned directly in Project Messages and Finding Activity using @mentions, ensuring the right people are notified immediately.

Finding management also becomes more organized with the introduction of Finding Relations, allowing related vulnerabilities to be linked together or grouped as parent and sub-findings.

🤖 Even Smarter AI Writing Assistant

Our GenAI Assistant continues to grow with several new writing prompts designed to improve report quality while reducing editing time.

🔄 More Automation & Integrations

Automation capabilities continue expanding with new webhook events, Jira improvements and Continuous Project enhancements.

Organizations can now trigger external workflows whenever a report is published, search Jira projects more efficiently, and generate richer Continuous Project reports with the new {Run_Metrics} token.

📄 Reporting Improvements

Several enhancements also improve report customization and importing.

Q2 also includes numerous usability improvements across the platform that make everyday work faster and more intuitive.

• Finding and Project assignments now appear in the Tasks menu

• Resend Activation Email moved to a more accessible location
