Q2 2025 Feature Recap

From collaboration upgrades to smart automations, Q2 delivered powerful improvements across the Cyver platform. This quarter focused on making evidence handling more scalable, reporting more dynamic, and workflows easier to manage. We also introduced several quality-of-life enhancements for client-facing forms, asset imports, and integrations.

New Community Roadmap!

We are proud to announce the introduction of our community roadmap plaform. Users are welcomed to submit their requests, vote on ideas and have full visibility of the roadmap.

Feature Highlights

  • Enhanced Evidence Import with CIDR and IP auto-fill.
  • Dynamic Tokens for reports, including charts and counters.
  • Custom Request Form Fields and status-based planning.
  • Auto-Merge on Import to streamline vulnerability management.

Client Portal & Collaboration

Client Assets: Enhanced Search – Search for specific assets in addition to filtering to find exactly what needed.

Request form: Days per status – Overwrite the Planning Days per status per Request form.

Request Forms fields management – Create, sort, manage visibility of the Request Form fields just by creating custom fields in a easier way.

Continuous Assessments

Continuous Projects: Insights/ display only open findings – Exclude findings marked as “fixed” or “accepted” from the Insights for more accurate data.

Integrations & API

Jira integration: more visibility on the Pentester Portal – Include the project name and the connection status from the Client Portal to the Pentester Portal/ Client Portal tab.

Bring Client API to v2 – Bring the Client API to the latest version with more calls and parameters.

Pentest Reporting

Dynamic Tokens: Finding Table, Counter, Chart – {Finding_Table},{Finding_Counter}, {Finding_Chart} – new display, dynamic display, adjustable syntax for all the Findings Report Tokens.

No result {Finding_Details} output – New parameter setting.empty.message when there are no findings to display.

Project & Team Management

Configure Findings grid, Projects grid, Clients grid – Column settings per display to adjust the view per each current grid.

Create / Edit workflow project tasks – As a portal user, I would like to be able to edit the workflow tasks from the Project Workflow full view.

Vulnerability Management

Parse Assets from text – Copy/Paste Assets from text divided by same delimiter and add them directly to the Finding.

Evidence asset auto-fill – Auto fill the asset in an evidence from IP, Location or CIDR Range.

Import finding evidences – Handle a large volume of evidence (e.g., 5000 unique IP addresses) and consider assets as CIDR ranges when import evidences.

Import finding library title match with RegEx – The finding title would be mapped also with regular expressions on import.

Import auto-merge with existing findings – Auto-merge findings with existing findings during the Importing process. Merged Fields: Assets Evidences Finding reoccurrences CWE CVE

Many more feature and bugs were fixed, here is the full release notes (needs registration).

We’re proud of everything we pushed in Q2. Thanks to the dev team for your hard work and to customers for working with us to submit feature requests and tickets so we can keep improving Cyver Core!

How Inconsistent Risk Scoring Breaks Security Metrics Over Time

How Inconsistent Risk Scoring Breaks Security Metrics Over Time

CVSS scores are perhaps the most important part of a pentest report, giving teams a standardised way to understand the severity of vulnerabilities they uncover and prioritise remediation efforts.  But they need to be consistent. With so much change in applications,...

Why Two Pentests of the Same App Rarely Produce the Same Results

Why Two Pentests of the Same App Rarely Produce the Same Results

In 2026, more and more companies are pentesting their applications. This is a good thing, of course – it demonstrates increased awareness amongst brands of the cybersecurity risks they face, and just how much of a threat they can be for their data and systems. But...

The Ceiling of Automated Pentesting (And Where It Still Wins)

The Ceiling of Automated Pentesting (And Where It Still Wins)

Automation in the world of cybersecurity has become a core part of many modern strategies. From continuous vulnerability scanning to real-time network monitoring, automation has enabled organisations to identify and respond to threats at scale, but nowhere is this...
