Feature Highlight: Profile Switcher

by | Apr 22, 2025 | New Features

Meet Profile Switcher feature for Cyver Core! If you’re providing cybersecurity services to multiple clients as a managed service provider, delivering services across multiple stakeholders inside an enterprise, or have another use-case that requires seeing and managing multiple accounts, you want an easy way to link and switch between those accounts.

Cyver Core’s accounts have historically linked one email to one account. While that works for many of our clients, it isn’t right for everyone. Now, with the Profile Switcher feature, you can set up more accounts per email and switch between them without logging in and out every time.

That makes it easy to switch between testing and client accounts, between testing accounts, or to set up multiple accounts, each with their own access controls, settings, and projects, all without adding to password and account management burdens.

More Accounts Per Email

Set up multiple accounts per email and allow your users to seamlessly switch between accounts attached to that email. All you have to do is enable the feature, set up additional accounts using the same email, and then the stakeholder with that email can switch by clicking their profile photo to view all linked accounts. They won’t have to sign in and out to switch and can easily switch back and forth.

Depending on your firm, you can consolidate emails to enable more access, to improve security and access control, and to organize work, delivery, and demo accounts.

  • Managed Service Providers – Delegate and access multiple client users from the same email to ensure security and easier management.
  • Enterprises – Set up users across multiple departments, each with their own unique accounts
  • Demo/Testing – Create demo accounts for marketing and sales teams, and allow them to seamlessly switch between profiles to showcase what your Cyver Core portal can do during marketing and sales calls.

Whether you’re looking to avoid email sprawl, want to consolidate account emails for security, or to create access for client accounts, the profile switcher makes it possible.

If you’d like to see more, schedule a demo.
