🚀 Feature Recap – Q1 2026

The first quarter of 2026 has been one of our biggest releases yet.

From a completely new Planning experience to ServiceNow integration, expanded API capabilities, smarter AI, and dozens of workflow improvements, we’ve continued investing in making Cyver the most complete platform for managing penetration testing engagements.

Here’s everything that arrived in Q1.

📅 A Completely New Planning Experience

Planning projects, assigning work and tracking time is now easier than ever.

We’ve introduced a brand-new Calendar component that powers the entire Planning module with both Calendar and Gantt views, giving teams a much clearer overview of projects and resource allocation.

Alongside the new planner, we’ve also added integrated scheduling, workflow-based time tracking and timesheets, allowing consultants to start, stop and register time directly from workflow activities or independent tasks.

  • New Calendar and Gantt planning views
  • Project scheduling and resource allocation
  • Workflow task planning
  • Timesheets
  • Start/Stop time tracking
  • Manual time registration
  • Support for non-workflow activities
  • View planning information directly from workflow tasks

🔄 Native ServiceNow Integration

Organizations using ServiceNow can now seamlessly integrate it with Cyver.

The new integration allows findings submitted through the Client Portal to automatically create incidents or tickets inside ServiceNow, helping security and IT teams collaborate without duplicate work.

  • Push findings directly to ServiceNow
  • Automatic incident or ticket creation
  • Faster remediation workflows
  • Improved collaboration with customer teams

🛡️ Tenable Integration Gets Even Better

Our Tenable integrations continue to expand.

Besides introducing support for Tenable Web App Scanning, we’ve also enhanced tenant management, allowing multiple Tenable WAS and VM tenants to be configured under a single connection.

  • Launch Tenable WAS scans directly from Cyver
  • Multi-tenant configuration
  • Easier connector management
  • Redesigned Azure DevOps connector with improved usability

🤖 Smarter GenAI Copilot

We’ve continued improving AI-assisted report generation.

Finding Details prompts now automatically include evidence table information, providing significantly richer context and producing more accurate output.

Users also gain more control over how evidence is structured by configuring which fields appear and in what order.

  • Evidence-aware Finding Details token
  • Separate Evidence Table token
  • Configurable evidence fields and ordering
  • Loading indicator while AI responses are generated

📄 More Powerful Reporting

Report creation keeps getting more flexible.

This quarter introduces internal hyperlinks inside reports, making navigation much easier for large deliverables.

We’ve also expanded finding templates by allowing embedded images and support for custom field templates, enabling far richer report content.

  • Internal links between sections
  • Images inside finding templates
  • Custom fields linked to finding templates
  • Dynamic evidence tables

⚙️ Better Workflow & Task Management

Workflow management received one of its largest upgrades to date.

Tasks now support statuses, better planning, improved UI interactions and centralized management across the platform.

  • Status tracking: To Do, In Progress, Skipped, Completed
  • Workflow activity statuses
  • Benchmark statuses
  • Improved Workflow Tasks interface
  • Unified Tasks dashboard
  • Report comments with assignee, due dates and status
  • Workflow templates supporting time intervals
  • Better checklist task interactions

📊 Better Visibility & Administration

Administrators now have better visibility into platform activity.

The new Event Logs feature provides a historical record of important actions across the platform, making troubleshooting and compliance much easier.

  • Historical Event Logs
  • Assignment terminology improvements
  • Improved Continuous Project scan configuration

🔌 Expanded API

Developers integrating with Cyver now have additional API capabilities.

New dedicated endpoints make it possible to retrieve and create Finding Evidence programmatically, simplifying integrations with external automation platforms.

📥 Better Imports & Exports

We’ve continued improving interoperability with external security tools.

  • Export Projects to Excel
  • Import evidence from Prowler resources
  • Better handling of PASS findings from Prowler
  • Improved ZAP XML severity mapping
  • Additional CVE coverage

✨ Smaller Improvements Across the Platform

As always, Q1 also included numerous usability improvements throughout Cyver, including:

  • Better Azure DevOps connector experience
  • Improved loading feedback
  • Better report comments
  • Enhanced workflow navigation
  • More flexible project email templates using system and custom project fields
  • Improved Continuous Projects hostname/IP selection

Looking Ahead

Q1 2026 delivered one of the largest collections of improvements we’ve released in a single quarter, with major investments in planning, integrations, reporting, workflow management and automation.

As always, we’re continuing to build based on customer feedback, with even more enhancements already on the roadmap for the coming months.
